But I just keep it to myself. Simply maybe because I don’t want to get involved or maybe because I’m too afraid to speak up for myself. With whatever reason, I stay quiet. I might not say a word, but it doesn’t mean I’m okay with everything.

Whether it be how you feel, an apology, an opinion, or anything else that makes your heart heavy. There’s nothing worse than finding out you had the chance to have everything you’ve ever wanted if you had just spoken up. I know it’s hard to do, but sometimes it’s the words that you should have said that could have changed the outcome of everything. Never underestimate the power of your words, you have the ability to create happiness as well as destroy it.
